Product Overview

Cuplock Base Plate is the main load-spreading element that is placed under each standard or base jack. So, it delivers a stable, even distribution of vertical loads to the ground or floor surface, thus allowing scaffold structures to remain safe and stable, as well as properly aligned, throughout the working period.

Made from high-strength mild steel (S355) and hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance, the Base Plate is a durable product suitable for long-term use in industrial, petrochemical, and construction environments. It complies with Aramco GI 8.001 and SABIC 9.4 standards for scaffold foundation.

Key Features & Advantages

  • Load Distribution: Spreads concentrated loads to prevent settlement or ground failure.
  • Robust Construction: Fabricated from S355 steel with a 6–8 mm thick plate.
  • Galvanized Finish: Coating ≥ 85 µm per ISO 1461 ensures protection in marine and chemical zones.
  • Universal Compatibility: Fits 36 mm diameter base or universal jacks.
  • Dimensional Accuracy: Machined hole alignment for true vertical load path.
  • Maintenance-Free: Zero moving parts, easy to clean, and durable.
