Overview

An Aluminum Scaffolding Straight Ladder is a durable, solid (non-folding) access ladder made from a high-grade aluminium alloy which offers excellent strength-to-weight ratio. The aluminum scaffolding straight ladder is designed with slip resistant rungs, sturdy side rails, and reliable fixing points for safe climbing and secure positioning when fixed with scaffolding structures.

ALTRAD SPAR's aluminum straight ladder meets the specifications of, and has been tested in accordance with the following international standards:

  • EN 131-1 / EN 131-2 Requirements and testing for portable ladders
  • BS EN 131 European ladder safety standard
  • OSHA 1926.1053 Ladders (Construction Industry USA)
  • BS EN 12811-1 Access and egress requirements within scaffolding systems cantilever, and suspended scaffolds.

Note: Aluminium ladders on Aramco and SABIC sites are only permitted for access use, with site-specific approval under Aramco GI 8.001 (Access & Egress provisions). These ladders are not load-bearing scaffold components.
