Product Overview

The Standard Post (vertical member) is the main load-carrying element of the Ringlok modular system. Rosettes, which are welded at 500 mm centers, are provided on each standard; thus, they can be connected by ledgers, transoms, and braces in up to eight directions from these connection points. The prominent features of this construction are maximum flexibility, fast assembly, and high solidity, enabling compliance with the strict structural and safety requirements set by the Aramco and SABIC projects.

Made of high-strength S355 carbon steel and hot-dip galvanized, the Standard Post is capable of providing excellent load capacity, corrosion resistance, and repeat-use durability in heavy-duty industrial applications.

Key Features & Advantages

  • High Compression Strength: Each leg supports up to 60 kN SWL.
  • Eight-Point Rosette Connection: Allows multi-directional assembly at 50°/90° intervals.
  • Precision Spacing: Rosettes welded every 500 mm ± 1 mm tolerance.
  • Corrosion Protection: Hot-dip galvanized ≥ 85 µm per ISO 1461.
  • Dimensional Consistency: Automated welding ensures axial alignment and straightness.
  • Full Compatibility: Connects with Ledgers, Transoms, Braces, and U-Jacks.
  • Approved for Aramco and SABIC sites.
