Product Overview

The rosette is the central hub of the Ringlock modular scaffolding system. With a single rosette, you can connect at 360 degrees to standards, ledgers, transoms, and braces, thereby obtaining a rigid, geometrically stable node.

It is either forged or precision-cut from top-grade S355 structural steel, robotically welded at 500 mm intervals along the scaffold standard, ensuring exact alignment and maximum load transfer.

The rosette is the mechanical coupling that holds the scaffolding together. Thus, the hardware has been designed to meet the requirements of Aramco GI 8.001 and SABIC § 9.4 standards, and tested according to BS EN 12810/12811. The rosette is the element that determines the mechanical stability of scaffolds, which are the primary choice in oil, gas, petrochemical, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Features & Advantages

  • Universal 8-Hole Design: Four ledger slots (90°) + four brace slots (45°).
  • Full 360° Connectivity: Enables both orthogonal and diagonal bay layouts.
  • High Load Transfer: Axial capacity ≥ 65 kN per node tested per BS EN 12811.
  • Precision Welded: CNC welding maintains ±1 mm tolerance.
  • Corrosion Resistant: Hot-dip galvanized (≥ 85 µm, ISO 1461).
  • System Compatibility: Integrates with Ringlock ledgers, transoms, braces, and standards.
  • Maintenance-Free Design: No bolts or fittings required; automatic wedge locking.
