Product Overview

†Ledger is the horizontal member in the Ringlok modular scaffolding system. Ledgers, as the primary lateral bracing and platform support for decks, transoms, and working levels, extend between standards through wedge-ended blades that fit into the rosettes. Their wedge-lock mechanism provides vibration-proof rigidity, self-locking safety, and quick assembly without the need for bolts or loose fittings.

The Ledger made from high-tensile S355 steel, and hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance, is structurally strong enough and safe to be used according to or above the level defined by Aramco GI 8.001, SABIC § 9.4, and BS EN 12811.

Key Features & Advantages

  • High Lateral Strength: Supports uniform platform loads up to 6 kN/m.
  • Quick Connection: Wedge-end design locks securely into rosette node with hammer blow.
  • Accurate Span Control: Available in 0.5 m – 3.0 m modular lengths.
  • Zero Bolts or Loose Parts: Reduces assembly time by 40%.
  • Galvanized Protection: ≥ 85 µm HDG coating per ISO 1461.
  • Compatibility: Fits Standards, Transoms, and Steel Boards.
