Product Overview

ALTRAD SPAR Cuplock System is a modular, multipurpose scaffolding and access solution designed for multi-level, industrial scaffold applications across oil and gas, petrochemical, power plant, and infrastructure projects. The key system features are summarized in Table 1 below for enhanced clarity and visual integration.

Key Features of SP LOCK Cuplock System

Feature Description
Modular Design Adaptable for various project configurations and site conditions
Multi-Level Access Enables the construction of multi-tier platforms
High Load Capacity Suitable for heavy-duty industrial environments
Rapid Assembly Bolt-free connections for faster erection and dismantling
Compliance Conforms to Aramco GI 8.001 and BS EN standards

ALTRAD SPAR Cuplock is intended to comply with refinery and plant shutdown standards referenced in the reference documents, as well as general Industrial standards for use in oil and gas, petrochemical plants, and infrastructure projects. The system components are tubular verticals with four closed profiles. Each 500 mm is equipped with top and bottom cups, while horizontal ledgers have flat forged ends that fit securely into the cups. The positive locking system used here provides stability and the rigidity of Couplings that are not loose.

Working

  • Industrial and maintenance scaffolding
  • Task scaffolds and working platforms
  • Temporary support and form work
  • Tanks and vessels
  • Offshore and marine
  • DFE can also serve as a source of access and working platforms on the decks of ships and oil installations at sea.

System Advantages

Strength: High load capacity of up to 57 kN per standard. During the 2023 Ras Tanura turnaround, Cuplok scaffolding significantly reduced erection hours by 18%, showcasing the efficiency and reliability of our systems. The built-in ledger locking mechanism eliminates the problem of dislodgement, ensuring safety. The built-in ledger locking mechanism eliminates the problem of dislodgement, ensuring safety. The scaffold is produced by either complete hot-dip galvanization to a thickness of at least 85 microns or by dip-painting, ensuring it is rust-resistant. It meets the conformity standards BS EN 1139 / EN 12811 and can be interchanged with other major global scaffold systems.

Batch

Each component's batch number connects it to the QA/QC system and enables traceability up to the ISO 9001 standard.
