Product Overview

SPRING Diagonal Brace is the central lateral stability component in the Ringlok scaffolding system. The component thus provides torsional rigidity and definitely prevents sway or buckling under any horizontal or wind loads, thereby ensuring the overall structural stability. One end of each brace is attached diagonally to the rosette of one standard, and the other end to the rosette of the adjacent standard, using wedge-end connectors that lock securely in the rosette openings.

The Brace is made of S355 structural steel, has forged wedge heads, and is hot-dip galvanized (≥ 85 µm) to meet the formal technical requirements of Aramco GI 8.001, SABIC §9.4, BS EN 12811, and OSHA 1926.451 for stability and safety.

Key Features & Advantages

  • High Torsional Strength: Provides lateral stability up to 35 kN axial resistance.
  • Self-Locking Wedge System: Secures without bolts, reducing assembly time.
  • Adjustable Lengths: Available from 1.0 m to 3.0 m spans for flexible bay geometry.
  • Weather & Corrosion Resistant: Hot-dip galvanized finish for long-term durability.
  • Precision Fabrication: Robotic welding ensures blade alignment and accurate geometry.
  • Universal Compatibility: Fits Standards and Ledgers for all scaffold configurations.
